Software License & Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

The UltraLooper platform, including its website, dashboards, workplace applications (such as UltraMeet, UltraDocs, UltraMail, UltraTasks, UltraSheets, UltraSlides, UltraForms, UltraCalendar, UltraChat, UltraDrive, UltraSEO, UltraAgents, and Ultra Assistant), source code, object code, databases, schemas, APIs, user interfaces, designs, logos, documentation, marketing materials, pre-trained agent configurations, and all related technology (collectively, the “Software”) are owned by Fundaking Media OPC Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws in India and internationally.

Except for the limited license granted below, no rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Limited License to Customers

Subject to your active subscription or free-tier eligibility and compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business operations through authorized user accounts.

You may not, and may not permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models;
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or host the Software for third parties (including white-label or MSP use) without written consent;
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data, prompts, agent logic, or UI assets from the Service;
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices, watermarks, or branding;
  • Use the Software to build a competing product or to train external models on our proprietary outputs without permission.

3. Your Content & Generated Output

You retain ownership of content you upload and of output generated specifically for your workspace, as described in our Terms of Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including AI inference through approved third-party APIs).

4. Trademarks

UltraLooper, UltraLooper, UltraMeet, UltraDocs, UltraAgents, and related product names are trademarks or service marks of Fundaking Media OPC Pvt Ltd. Third-party names (Google, Gemini, OpenAI, PayU, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Confidentiality & Security

You agree not to disclose non-public documentation, unreleased features, pricing sheets, or security vulnerabilities discovered in the Software except through our responsible disclosure channel at support@ultralooper.com.

6. Termination

This license ends automatically when your account is closed or suspended. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any locally cached exports that are not required for legal or tax compliance.

7. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination, injunctive relief, and recovery of damages and legal fees permitted by law. We may monitor for abuse consistent with our Privacy Policy.
